What is Pedro Piquet doing this year?

Last I heard, he was considering a seat in Euro F3.
The best I could find online regarding 2015 was the schedule here:
FWT Miami => 17 e 18 de janeiro
F3 Brasil Curitiba => 08 de fevereiro
Porsche GT3 Cup Curitiba => 07 de março
F3 Brasil Velopark => 26 de Abril
F3 Brasil Santa Cruz do Sul => 28 de Junho
F3 Brasil Salvador ou Velopark => 02 de Agosto
F3 Brasil Cascavel => 30 de Agosto
F3 Brasil BrasÃlia => 13 de setembro
F3 Brasil Curitiba => 18 de Outubro
F3 Brasil Interlagos => 06 de dezembro
So, it seems as though he's competing in Brazilian F3 again, although that seems pointless to me, given he completely dominated the series last year. Anyone know more? Is a move to Europe on the cards? He's still only 16, so perhaps the plan is to finish schooling first.
