Hi y'all, I'm trying to surprise my SO and I think I found a really good deal but I'm not sure. He has been shopping for literally the most bare bones standard range Pro with the only required add being the 9.6 pro power onboard so he can use it as a home backup or come and charge my Kia if I run out of battery. So, if I can find him a better truck for the almost the same price it would be a huge surprise! It is a 2022 Lariat 511a with the only add being the "Liner Tray Style-No Carpet Mat." The sticker MSRP is/was $79,329 and they are offering $20,000 off. It has like 14,000 miles on it because it was used as a demo/loaner. I think it still qualifies for the tax credit but they can't apply it at point of sale. I would love any input/advice on if this is a good deal or not.
Is $79,329 sticker the correct sticker price or is it the outdated price before price cuts from Ford?
Is the $20,000 a good deal? Is that $20k from Ford or from the Dealer?
Should I be concerned about the warranty running while it was used as a demo/loaner?
Should I be worried about anything else besides the mileage?
HELP and thank you everyone!!
Ahh that’s a big disappointment 😪
Also, I have them discussing getting an additional $5k off for a total of $25k off MSRP before tax credits and trade in! Thank you for your advice on all of this! They have been confusing and stubborn for sure!
Do the 22’s have only 3 years of Blue Cruise? I’m looking at the window sticker versus the 23’s and 24’s and it’s not clear. The 23’s and 24’s list a period of time for Blue Cruise but I’m not seeing a time period for the 22’s.
I’ll change zip codes and look up there then too! Thank you!!
Looks like you got lucky because they don’t have anymore listed on their website!
If you would counter, can I ask how much you would counter with? I’m going to look for 23’s as well.
That is great! I will reach out to them again, I forgot who I talked to but they didn’t seem to want to budge from MSRP.
That one is awesome but too far away for us. We are in Austin, Texas. Do you think I should try countering with a lower price or just walk from the deal? If you think I should counter, what kind of price should I throw out?
