Which Counselors are based on real people?

When I was looking at the Friday the 13th The Game Kickstarter page earlier today*, I noticed that the top tier was to have a counselor modeled after the backers at that tier. 4 were available and it looks like all 4 were bought.
So, which 4 counselors were created based on real people?
*to respond to the Pamela Vorhees thread and see how long after her actress died that the Kickstarter campaign ran.
