About to buy a 73 F100... Advice?

I don't know too much about F100s and wanted to ask what are common issues found with them? It currently has some electrical grounding issues, and accelerator pump diaphragm issues. It had a 302/C4 but was swapped for a '77 351m/C6. How easy is it to acquire parts? I'm just trying to see if it'll be worth it for me to pick up. Thank you in advance!
