I purchased a Tobii Eye Tracker 4C on Amazon during Black Friday and was excited when it arrived to try it out. I am a quadriplegic, so technology like this can be a real game changer from using my conventional custom mouthstick. My friend plugged the eye tracker into his laptop that runs Win8.1, and it worked immediately once the software package was installed. We then tried it on my Dell Latitude E6540 running Win 7, installed the software, but the configuration keeps saying no connection. I can't understand why? Device Manager properly recognizes the device, which should indicate the drivers are working (Tobii website says Win7 is supported). We tried uninstalling and reinstalling on different USB ports but still no luck. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this and knows a solution.
