Are there any Exevangelicals on here that use to speak in tongues? How do you reconcile that?

I was born and raised in the church. My entire circle growing up was Christian too. I have now developed an identity in agnosticism but when I was a Christian I was hyper-spiritual. I was a 'demons around every corner' with the "gift" of speaking in tongues type of christain. Now that I'm agnostic, I don't know what to do with all of that. I don't know what I think of it. Was any of it real? Was I that badly brainwashed? Is there any truth to it?

Has anyone else gone through this? and if so, how did you let got of it?
