I am super picky about extreme horror books. They often have lackluster content and an immature writing style. I have yet to find a book that disturbed me in some way, but I keep looking! I thought "The Slob" was so well-written and contained great content. Even the 'boring/uneventful' parts captured my attention. I read Aron Beauregard's "Playground" and thought it was fine, so I figured this one would also just be a fine book. It was much better than fine and so worth the read! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome read!
Also, if you have any truly disturbing, stomach churning, absolutely disgusting books I'd love to hear recommendations. I have no limitations on content and nothing particularly 'bothers' me, so give me your worst suggestions!
