Hi everyone,

I’m quite new to this dynamic and I’m feeling a bit worried and unsure of where to begin in finding someone to explore this with. I used to be more dominant in relationships, but after a verbally, physically, and financially abusive relationship that lasted 6 years, things have shifted for me. I’ve been through therapy for the past 2 years, which has really helped me process a lot, but I’m still finding my way.

I’m 24, male, and from the UK, and I’m hoping to understand more about this dynamic in a healthy, balanced way. I’m really looking for advice or any suggestions on where to meet people who share this interest or even just learn more from those with experience here.
