We host house parties on a monthly basis for those in the lifestyle. Our group is exclusive in that not everyone can sign up. We look for people who fit in well with others in our group. We have close to 800 members. A typical party is 40-80 people.

We have members who are in their 20s and in their 60s. Probably the average age is around 45. We like the diversity in ages, as well as diversity in races and even sexual preferences. We are completely non judgmental and just want everyone to have fun in a sexually free yet respectful atmosphere.

Our home is uniquely designed for such parties with a bar, hot tub, lots of room for socialising inside and outside, multiple playrooms inside, play spaces outside, and a large fenced in backyard with a large pond with waterfalls.

We welcome you to apply to join our group rather a couple, single male or single female. We do vet everyone. We are not looking for Ken and Barbie’s, but fun drama free attractive people.
