Anyone experienced at astral projection/travel?

Hi!
I was curious if anyone here is experienced at astral projection/travel? Whats it like? Do you see spirits? ETs? Or other beings? Can you travel anywhere?
This topic really fascinates me but haven't been able to AP yet. But if I am fortunate enough to do so, I'd love to explore some nearby planets if thats at all possible.
Id love to hear your experiences :)
