This could be nothing, but on the same in it could really be something. I used to sleep walk really bad, and I would always have very intense realistic dreams, but I could never remember anything more than it was extremely realistic and I would always wake up panicked. But this one occasion summer of 2008, I had one of those realistic dreams but I remembered this one in great detail and I can still remember it to this day. I was out cold, pitch black, and all of a sudden, blinding white light above me, and I'm standing in the back yard looking up in horror. The bright light goes out and reveals a huge triangle shaped craft with dim lights outlining the ship, it was gunmetal grey and was projecting the night sky onto the bottom of the ship, I felt like it was hunting me, and I was trying everything I could to hide from it, including hiding in a leaf pile. When I woke up the next morning, I was in my bedroom, covered in mud and leaves, along with my bed and my floor. Any thoughts on this? Because still to this day I think it is insane. I feel like the fact that I can remember it in such great detail is significant, that same note though, I could just be nuts. But after that happened I developed an obsession with UFOs and conspiracies surrounding them.
