I am a tech person who does hiring. I always loathed most companies process, feeling that it's awards memorization and quick answers. Often not getting the answer upfront seems to make most employers sort of demean the candidate which pisses me off. I am always interested in viewpoints and improving the process.
Looking at some reddit posts around the interview process I figured I would ask what is your ideal process? Do you like LeetCode challenges? Are algos important? Dev res vary a lot so share it based on your desired role.
