How to mitigate stress and feeling overwhelmed as a tech lead?
Post Body

Leading a team of 7 devs (4 onshore, 3 offshore), I keep finding myself stressed out and get this feeling that things are on the brink of collapse. I keep getting this feeling that my team is incompetent and they have no clue how to complete the sprint tickets and get things done without any spoon feeding.

The team composition also doesn't help. We only have a senior resource and the rest are midlevel/junior/interns. I just don't get the "hacker" spirit coming out of the team.

Most of the time, I'm troubleshooting the PROD incidents and firefights. I'm afraid I'm going to burn out if this continues. Anyone experiencing anything similar?
