Havent received my ZIL

Hey Exodus any word on why I haven't received my ZIL into my wallet yet. It's been well over 24hrs. Is it lost in cyberspace or stuck on the network enroute to my wallet? I am using the latest version of Exodus.
Anyone over there have an explanation as to what's happening. Have yet to receive any help, support or response from the Exodus support team.
Thanks guys. I know you guys are trying your best appreciate the work ya'll are doing. I just need some answers thanks.
