LTC address already used, can’t get new key?

I was trying to move some money into my exodus wallet in the form of ltc, but when I go to input the key provided by exodus into the site, the site I’m importing from says the key has already been used. This is possibly because I’ve had a pending deposit from the same site that didn’t go through, or maybe because I’ve previously deposited ltc from this site before and it requires a new key address every time, or maybe something else entirely but the end result is the same - I can’t use the LTC network address provided by exodus. Is there any way to refresh this address and get a new one? Help would be appreciated.
