Is it feasible for a non US citizen to get a US Paralegal certificate (ABA or not)? How?

I am a legal assistant/ secretary for over 2 years for a US client and I want to upskill, learn, and invest more on myself. This is for the reason of preparation. I want to be ready when the opportunity presents itself for me to become a US citizen. TYIA
