I'll try to be brief but I am absolutely shaking from rage. I was hired at this job in August at 18$ and a bonus of 1%. After my first month was over and I completed a full month I was excited for my first bonus but my boss says I won't receive it for 3 months. This was not discussed previously so we agreed November 1st I will receive a bonus for all of Octobers closings. Today, she leaves the office when I ask for my check and bonus. I text her my needed paycheck and she says my work doesn't warrant a bonus and it's based on full time. The job ad was for 30 hours which I work. She's horribly unethical always lying cheating and screaming. I'm not even on w-2 I'm being paid 1099 where I am not eligible for protections like unemployment. This is a regional manager for real estate I will be going to hire ups if she does not pay me my bonus. I'll be calling department of labor, her broker and the issuing agency for the real estate license.
