Basically my boss is super hard to explain. She's kind of scary, shouts a lot and offers much less guidance then blame. Today we had a marketing manager from another branch come in and tell us about a system. This manager tells me she's scared of my boss and my boss is mean. Then she tries to interrupt my bosses meeting with a ton of stupid, really dumb, questions. And I say absolutely not, if she's mean this won't go over well. Then this manager tells my boss I'm scared of her and I think she's mean the effing marketing managers words and I can't even compute this nor can I reply to the text. Freaking out! Today I was super disappointed that in a meeting I over heard I make 16-18 and my bonus starts January. I didn't know this because I was hired on at 18 and a bonus, never knowing it would not begin for months! Freaking out a lot!
