So I lamented losing an ex or two. I just want to say trust the process and move forward. You will be amazed and refreshed by the amazing people you will meet when you break the cycle. I have agonized days and nights over a lost love. I get it. There's amazing people out there that will make you forget immediately what you were so anguished over. It took me a lot of suffering to realize it but if you were mistreated and particularly a dumpee, keep your chin up. I stopped giving attention to the toxic exes and to other people and I was astonished at how amazing NORMAL people can be. Trust me. It's not you. There are amazing SANE people out there that will match your energy.
