One guy responded yesterday and made a Great point --"What if she feels the same way?" Well, women in my age group are notoriously stubborn and reluctant to reach out. Feel free to take a chance, ya never know. I texted my ex for quite a while after breakup, but none were asking to get back together. It was "look at my kickass new shoes", or.dog pics, or updates on my work or whatever. I didnt say "why arent you texting back?!?" I just texted as if nothing was unusual. So, last week, she calls me. And in the background, one of our favorite songs was playing, Eric Church "Like a Wrecking Ball" It's about being gone for months on tour, then rushing.home and banging his wife. "Dont give a damn what these.keys are for "I'm gonna knock that front door"

So...does she feel the same way as me? Who knows? I didnt press the issue, restated my invite to spend Christmas with my family, asked how she was doing, cat update, etc.

That's all you can do. Dont be a whiny ex. Treat her.like a sweet, caring and thoughtful friend and see where it goes.
