Was I wrong for not reaching out?

Post Body

Good evening everyone. My ex girlfriend broke up with me on the 8th after I noticed her being kinda distant that whole week. She even left me on read twice that weekend. Her reason was that I wasn’t affectionate enough for her.

This was our second time breaking up but this time I wasn’t as hurt because I feel in my heart that I did nothing wrong, and deserved better than to be broken up with by text pretty much out of the blue.

I immediately went into no contact after that. Well this morning I noticed she unfriended me on Facebook. I figured we could at least be friends considering we’ve been together for a little over 3 years now. I broke no contact and just pretty much wished her the best. Then immediately she lashed out at me for not even calling to check on her and her family last week during the snow storms here in Texas. They were without power and limited supplies. She could’ve easily texted me and I would’ve came running even after the breakup. I really think it’s over for good this time and it’s just kinda hard not feeling a bit guilty.

Should I have broken no contact and reached out?
