Iโm sticking to no contact (2 months NC now, 4 months broken up) but realistically I know deep down I need the closure of apologizing to my ex and hopefully receiving some level of forgiveness. We had a lot of great memories together so I also just want to thank her for sharing that part of my life with me and wish her good luck in her future.
Iโd love to tell her these things now, but I also respect her need for personal space and definitely donโt want to annoy her or get myself blocked etc.
The breakup was really messy and even then I tried to convey some of these things to her and she responded very dismissively, calling me selfish, narcissistic and generally just pushing me away, etc.
It hurts me a lot that things ended this way and I think if we both can have one more interaction on good terms, even if just through text, it would help me a lot mentally. But when is the right time to initiate this?
