Hey guys, my name is V and I’m 26. My ex, who is 24 has recently started the no contact phase I guess? We were on and off for 15 years, with the last 4 being on and even engaged for 1. About a month ago, she ended it over some BS excuses. Example, she said I never valued her; yet I was there through everything. Even helping her parents move her grandmother, every funeral, family party, hospital visit, etc. she also said made some wild accusations of me groping her, and the example she gave was rubbing her butt while she slept (she would get mad at me if I didn’t).

Anyway, we’ve been no contact for about a month now. 2 weeks ago we tried to work it out but she ended it because she said her “family hates me” which I knew was not true. My question is, how do I deal with this? Do I try to contact her or am I just crazy? I’m not really sure what to do.
