I need some help writing a letter to my ex. (She's the one who doesn't have contact with me and I love it...) Here's the back story: we were married for 10 years when she started an affair with the local school bus driver who got her hooked on drugs. They cooked up a scheme to throw me in jail and take the kids and everything. This went down on October 7, 2014. The divorce cost us $285,000 plus our home on 10 acres, vehicles, equipment and the kids college funds. Plus, he had her forge my name to refinance the place just before they put the plan into action. It took 3 years but, I not only beat the legal stuff, I also got custody of all 4 kids.
I have raised the kids by myself. She hasn't seen the kids since 2017. Never paid a dime of support. Nothing! Her parents and family have helped when they can and I'm thankful for them and her family and I have a great relationship still.
This brings us to now. NO CONTACT for all this time and last month she sends me a message telling me happy birthday and she's sorry and her life has been hell since 2014. Next month is the 10 year mark, and I want to send her a message/letter telling her how she has caused every problem from the beginning of time to the present day, how horrible of a person she is, how sorry she is for not being there when the 3 girls needed a mom, how she set this entire family back so far because I had to start over with $87 and a flat tire the day she tried to have me jailed and how the kids are a success despite having a worthless piece of shit for a mother.
JFTR son is a machinist by trade and his timeclock job is as a federal firefighter, oldest daughter is a licensed beautician who is working her way through veterinary school, middle daughter is on the board of the school FFA chapter and a rodeo queen, youngest daughter is a varsity cheerleader and one badass saxophone player.
Am I wrong for taking a month to write down everything I want to say and sending it to her on the 10th anniversary???
