My situation feels a bit different as in our relationship, I was always the one to end things. She was always the one to want to fix things. We were together 3 years and now she’s moving back to her hometown. We ended about a month ago and I told her I regret it and wanted her back. She decided to give it a chance and we started going on dates and hanging out again. She then decided she was going to move back to her hometown. I told her I didn’t want to do long distance as we hadn’t fixed everything and I needed time to process this and think. After about 5 days of no contact.. I reached out and told her i think we can make this work. She said she realized she doesn’t need this anymore and doesn’t want to go through this again. She told me she wants to focus on herself and she can’t love me because she doesn’t love herself. I told her I understand and to reach out if she ever needs anything. I am devastated and heartbroken and have no one else to blame but myself. I hope she comes back because I truly want to make her happy.
