Has your ex come back after over a year and six months? How do I get him to come back?

Post Body

I(F20) still miss my ex(M21) that broke up with me early last year. He doesn’t seem to want me back at all but is there anything I can do to get him to come back? I recently blocked him on TikTok because people on Reddit suggested I block him because they said he was bread crumbing me.

I don’t know what to do. I really want him to come back. How can I get him to come back? Do you think that ship has sailed or do you think there’s still a chance? How do I get him out of my mind and stop hoping for him to come back?

Please don’t suggest I try new hobbies or hang out with friends. I’ve done everything possible. I’ve done one on one therapy, group therapy, traveled to different cities and hooked up with someone new but nothing is working. I’m still losing my mind. It’s so sickening. How am I still so worried over someone that lost feelings for me and didn’t think twice about leaving me? He also admitted that he was distant and mean on purpose so I’d be the one to break up with him. He literally could care less about me but I’m still so sad. What do I do??

For more context about my situation, I posted about it a few weeks ago and the advice helped a bit: https://www.reddit.com/r/heartbreak/s/YyVO2STRJg
