Why not block and delete if you iniated no contact?
Post Body

With the exception of 1 break up (no bad blood), whenever I was serious about no contact, I would just block and delete them from my lives.

I'm writing this, to the people who had short term relationships (1 year of less) with a person. Why don't you just block and delete them and use whatever coping mechanisms to move forward? (For abusive relationships I know things can be different, risk of violence etc, so this doesn't apply to you)...

By not moving on with your life, you are also blocking your own future blessings ! Time heals and it's not to say, it'll get any better in the future but holding on to a person that's hurting you / hurt you, expecting them to change isn't healthy.

This post isn't a dig at anyone still stuck on their ex / trying to move on but the group is called no contact. So I'm curious as to why?

& also whilst your ex is living their life, however that looks not looking back, your are left with the emotional baggage to deal with.
