I M48 just had one of those days yesterday with a poly partner. I drove 3 hours to meet here where we had been discussing meeting, but she was not there, and acted surprised that I went to the place we discussed meeting for the previous few days. She said that while I was driving there, she and her husband felt "green" so they decided to have a nap and forgot to go message me. Did not call to update me, would not answer the phone when I called to verify, so left me to go there. My feelings were hurt and I explained that I was feeling discarded, stood up. She got really defensive and said if I need a gf who can answer the phone and be dependable, it is not her.

So we are going no contact bc I it's actually my pet peeve when I make plans with people and they bail with no explanation or warning, especially when it involves a 3 hour drive! My whole day wasted. The lack of love and consideration there is just staggering to me and I am fully done, going passively no-contact with her starting today. To see if she reaches out or if that is just 100% over for no damn reason at all.
