ex boyfriend messaged me last night after 2 months

I genuinely never EVER thought this would happen but I got a text from him at 22:20 saying “would you like to go for a coffee?”
It’s been like a few hours and nothing after that, not even an apology. I haven’t replied back. It’s shocking as I’ve actively tried to move on and wasn’t even thinking of him till he reached out.
Quite upset at myself as I blocked all his socials but forgot to block his no. and got an iMessage text.
Anyone have any advice? :(
