I feel like there is a lot of trauma bonding between us and our ex’s. Look into cord cutting guided meditation…like a good 30 minute long session just on YouTube. Give it a solid chance. Believe in it. It absolutely worked for me….my hurt and obsession is nearly gone and I feel lighter with no impulsive urge to reach out. I feel more in control of my emotions and my life.

Also, research twin flames, karmic relationships and soulmates. Think critically when deciding what this past relationship really was for you. Try to empower yourself with knowledge and growth. Ask the universe for peace, freedom, and love. Meditate. A LOT.

Find out what it is inside of you that needs healing in order to feel whole again. I feel like I’m being forced to begin a soul journey to move forward and become the person who is really ready for my twin flame. And it’s exciting. Try to get there….free up this space you’re holding for the wrong person, and invite the right one in. Know what that person is to you…write down exactly what you want in your partner and manifest them.

Sorry….I know it sounds cheeseballs, but I swear, it is truly helping me not feel like death every day. It’s giving me hope again. Let me know if any of you try it and tell me your experiences! So much love for all of you ♥️
