Hi all! I found out an old friend of mine is back in jail. The thing is we haven’t spoken in a while. I was able to find out his info by a simple google search so I know what jail he’s in as well and his inmate number. I know he doesn’t have a lot of support from his family and I feel awful knowing how alone he feels. He was in a prison for 8 months or so last year and he had told me how much he wanted to get out of the life style and now that he’s back in a county jail I know he’s probably feeling awful. I don’t know if me reaching out would do any good but I wanted him to know he isn’t completely alone and has someone on the outside rooting for him.

I also have no idea what to even write or how to address the letter. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
