Just your honest opinion.
rape is rape, because you married to someone doesn't mean you always have consent. someone who is convicted of spousal rape is a rapist, there is no difference.
no, the only explanation i can think of is that they are such an evil person, that they don't care, they want to have sex with someone, so they do it. no sexual urge can be that bad that you will suspend all rational thought IMO.
peeing outside is a crime, and yes, under certain circumstances it is perceived as a sex crime, however i dont think this very small part of the spectrum of the sex crimes is really the focus of the issue, purely minutiae. how can someone be charged with a sex crime if the relationship was mutual and consensual? to be fair that kinda sounds like the thing paedophiles say when they talk about the 4 year old they had sex with e.g. "she wanted it". OP asked for honest opinions, this is mine, if you dont like it fine.
because i have experienced anger so bad that i wanted to kill, i have never been so horny or attracted to someone i wanted to have sex with them regardless of their consent!
Other crimes are understandable, i can understand why someone would steal, i can understand someone being so angry that they hurt or murder another person, i can even understand someone doing that for financial gain, but i just can't understand someone who cannot control their own sexual urges, that is as far as i am concerned one of the things that separate us from dumb animals,
your arguments are predicated on what should be classified as a sex crime, that is not the discussion here, the discussion was as O.P. stated "Why is sex crimes so easy to Stereotype ?" also i'm from Europe, sorry for not being au fait with the myriad of federal, state, county and local laws in your country.
Why don't you start a new thread, "what should be considered a sex crime".
If you have sex with someone below the age of consent then it is statutory rape, it cannot be consensual because they legally cannot consent. The case of teenagers having nude pictures of themselves has come up in the uk, judges have decided that it is not in the public interest to pursue criminal preceding against them whilst maintaining that someone who is under the age of consent should not be taking nude pictures of themselves and have instead mandated social service intervention.
"What about an adult person who engages in a consensual relationship with a past teacher, therapist, social worker, mentor, etc. is that a crime? If they are no longer working together, both adults and capable of consent & willing? Because in some states, it IS a sex offense." again your unhappy with a law, having your opinion is totally valid. but if you are in a juristiction where this is a statute then you are expected to obey it regardless of your opinion on it.
(edit) some punctuation
power and control is one of the motives, but its is not the only motive, and if the motive is power and control it is even worse, imo that is the mark of a truly evil person
