Legacy Accounts

Does anyone know if Evony still does "Legacy" accounts? A player who plays on our server also had his son play with him, his son ended up passing away, and I know in the past Evony has made a legacy account (putting on a indefinite bubble) in remembrance. If they still do, what is the best way to go about that? Has anyone here done that before, or is it better to just put in a ticket and ask them?
