Dmitry Questions as Reinforcing

I saw Dmitry's wording is different than other generals, "increases THE Fround troops... ect", besides him reinforcing.

My main question is if Dmitry is sent to a keep, does he buffs ALL the ground HP and Defense / Archer attack for the ENTIRE keep as well as the entire alliance reinforcements in that keeps embassy?

And if he does, does the effect stack; such as if each member of the alliance sent him to reinforce?

And the final Dmitry question is, does he work as a assistant general, or does he have to be the main general?
