What are the differences between some characters like electrogriffin vs regular griffin?

I love trapper/tracker the best by far, i played a bit of abe, jack, crow, and electro griffin. Abe feels like he's really really fucking strong, but jack and crow felt sorta weak. I haven't played too much crow but he just felt really meh and that i wasnt really doing anything. Maybe i was playing him wrong, can anyone explain him to me maybe?

Jack felt good once i got the hang of him, his tracking capability with the sattelltie felt really strong. But when i looked at the post game damage it looked like i did 0 damage. and the repulsor was so hard to fucking use especially when they just go for your medic and nothing else. i would try to get between them but the medic dashing errantly and the monster going so fast just made it so hard. And i just thought it was hard to gauge if i was doing well.

The one ive been playing and enjoying the most is electro griffin, but i have a pretty poor winrate, and sometimes i find it difficult to find the monster. Obviously once i find him i do griffin things and its fine but still. ANd i have a sorta bad winrate too and i cant tell why. I usually feel like i do good but its hard to well whether i actually am. Is electrogriffin any good? I always feel like i do a shit ton of damage but when i get to post game it looks so minimal. Any tips or anything? I usually hit some sick harpoons and keep them hooked for a wihle even when the dome goes down but still.

Also what is my general job as tracker? And how do i do better at it as electro griffin and in general? Anything i should focus on? How do i tell if im doing good or not? In dome tips vs out of dome tips?

Also is there any tiers list or anything that would be nice to know about?

EDIT: also any secret ways to get silver keys faster lol :c getting 10-20 only per match makes my cry
