I haven't seen this mentioned frequently, but my friend and I queued last night and ran into a 10 minute wait. We cancelled the wait and I queued solo, and found players in short order. Is finding a match with incomplete parties suffering right now, or could it be due to possible NAT issues on one of our end? Mine is open, his can change, but it usually indicates "multiplayer game services are working." Also worth note is we can NEVER talk over party chat, I show up with a microphone, he doesn't, and the opposite for him. I just wanted to know if this is something that needs fixing on his network end, or an ongoing issue with matchmaking.
