Would a Red Sea xl 300 g2 be able to live upstairs?

Hi. I was wondering if this tank would work upstairs, and not break the floor or fall through the floor. My house isn’t too old, I think it was built in the 80s. I just want to make sure before I buy it that I can keep it upstairs in my room. It’s 80 gallons, display 65, sump 15.
