service/internet outage in my area

there was a spectrum outage in SE Minnesota caused by vandalism today which resulted in my phones not being able to work. and i was not able to access internet at all. i was not ignoring anyone or trying to dip out on anyone. i simply could not access the internet on top of dealing with a health incident. anyone that is owed content will be receiving it momentarily. today i just literally had no internet access unexpectedly. it’s still really spotty but it’s improving. thanks
