Max at once or improve slowly?

So these are the toons I'm focusing on, plus light Anya, what's the best way to approach, max out one toon at a time, or slowly bring them up together? Working on Cinderella currently, but Kinda want to bring some of these others at least to 140. Thoughts, also weapon suggestions always appreciated, none of these are FA.
