PS4 saved games to PS5 version

Hey, guys, so I played a good chunk of the game on PS4 at my folks' place and now I'm returning to my PS5. Is there a way to transfer the PS4 version save games to the PS5 version or am I stuck with the PS4 version for good?
I think some games have had this cross-platform save transfer feature, but I'm not sure about this one. Has anyone had a chance to carry over their saves?
