Legit its such a strong noob bait. Absolutely contradicts eves stealth mechanic entirely and ive been saying saying this since her rework hit pbe. SHE DOES NOT NOR EVER NEEDED HARD CC! I use the damn slow more because waiting 250 fucking years for her charm to ready then having a giant fucking neon sign from Vegas point to your location while stealth is completely counter intuitive to what the champ WANTS to do.

Get rid of the charm, keep the slow, and just have it be a mark that takes 1 second to arm instead of the eternity it takes now. She doesn't need it, the slow is MORE than enough to execute someone if she gets the dmg proc. I can't believe eve mains ever let this shit slide and is ok with it. Seriously, her charm kills what the champion wants to accomplish. Its actually becoming an infuriating ability for me to use.
