Eve's mana costs lowered on todays Pbe patch

Title. They listened to some of our suggestions and her clear is no longer dog doo doo early game and she can make it past 2 camps without being oom now! We did it reddit! http://www.surrenderat20.net/2017/10/105-pbe-update.html#more
Joking aside this opens her up to more jungle paths now instead of being stuck starting blue. Raptor start seems like it will be her best start from now on similar to Kayn with her AoE.
