Help with download.

So it seems that there are only 2 ways to download this.
The offline installer and the one that downloads while installs.
Problem with the download/install is that I can only download ~ 4gb per day. It shows 5.5Gb and I can't really download that much.
Another with the offline dl is the size of the payloads. It just suddenly stops downloading and appears as completed when it's actually not.
Is there any other way I can bypass these two to download the game?
