Why was the Evanescence meet & greet cancelled for VIP?

Bought myself VIP with the m & g when the tour was first announced, got an email last week to say meet and greet isn't happening and VIP's who bought that package are now sounscheck VIP's and the difference should be refunded. Gutted as I was really excited for meet and greet.
