Help with my Medusa, please, friends.

Here are some before and after photos of my Medusa plant. I’m not sure the variety, but it started doing a, what I assume is, an etiolation. I live in Seattle, have a giant south facing window and the plant gets artificial goes lights in the winter. None of my other plants (cacti and high light needs ones) have etiolated, hence my confusion.
