Question about a drug dealer in the mid 90s

We used to buy stuff off this dude on 13th street close to the UofO in the mid 90s. His name was Rice. Anyone remember that guy? I'm not trying to find him, just curious what ever happened to the dude.

EDIT: Thanks to everyone that replied. I'm glad to hear that other people remember him. Back in those days there were some interesting characters in town that were notable. Anyways, thanks again.
