I do a lot of yoga because I have an injury that I'd really like to heal, but I also lifted weights for a long time and am tired of being a big bulky person. I'd like to get more light and athletic for long-term health and sports.
I follow a lot of related Instagram pages that constantly show me unique exercises, but I don't really want to try new weird stuff at my normal gym.
This kind of fitness is becoming more and more popular so I'm wondering if people have any advice for someone looking for a place and a community (something similar to a crossfit or private gym) that focuses on this type of excercise.
I'm planning on going down this path at home regardless, but crossfit really doesn't appeal to me because I need to focus on healing and rehabing this spinal injury yet having a group with similar focus to learn from and try things with would be cool. TiA
