Is this normal delay of almost 10 seconds when someone is near cam?

I have a new doorbell and it seems good, until I realized that I am missing notifications of my deliveries. These guys are so quick on keeping things and leaving.
My current setup is, door bell is on first floor and the hub is on 2nd floor connected to router though LAN.
Could I make anything better here?
