Good Morning Amazing Eufy fans

Woke up monday morning and unable to see a couple of my cameras on my Eufy software. Went to check on my HomeBase to make sure it was turned on. There was a red flashing light in the front. I powered it down for 2 min then booted it back up, red flashing light. Hit the sync button, red flashing light. Held the sync for 30 seconds red flashing light. Removed the network cord then powered on, red flashing light. Filled out the Eufy help section two days ago and not a peep.

Anyone know what the red flashing light means and any way to fix it?
