Activity zone broken

I have several cameras and when I setup activity zone on my E340 cameras it doesn't to crap. I have a flag to the far left and when the wind blows it triggers the camera. I have tried many times setting it up and telling it that this area isn't in the zone yet it still triggers recording events and notifications.
